Broken Toys

You and I are a pair
Of broken forgotten toys
Just laying at the bottom
Of a toy box
Long hidden in an attic
Hoping to be remembered
Like the remains of an old dream
Or a childhood fairytale
You a headless soldier
Me a dismembered doll
Trying to find each other
In the dark
But I can't reach you
And you can't see me...

Milk From My Lover

No fruit, no vegetable can fill me
No food, no drink sustains me
No meat, no fish
Like milk from my lover

Some like water, some prefer wine
I'll have neither
When I thirst, I only partake
Of Milk From My Lover

It feeds, it satisfies
It quenches, it heals
It saturates, it's ambrosial, it gives life
Does Milk From My Lover

When I need it, I ask
May I have it, please
Will you feed me... I crave it, my dear
The nectar so sweet and into me I take
The Milk From My Lover

Peekaboo

You've been playing peekaboo
With my happiness
Since we met
Now you see it
now you don't
There it is
now it isn't
 Here it is
 there it goes
If you want me
Just say so
just stay
If not
no more games
Just go...

Constant Companion

Pain is an old friend
Sometimes I think, my only friend
 It never leaves me
It is my constant companion
My faithful lover
I'm never alone
My pain is always with me
It embraces me with passion
It covers me like a warm blanket
It's there when I go to bed
It's the first thing that greets me
when I awaken
I'm a vessel and my pain fills me
Like a hot liquid
 And then becomes my tears
The ones I shed when no one is around
to see them
They burn to the touch
 My pain completes me
